Please read these policies carefully before scheduling an appointment or using our services. They govern your use of this website and describe how we collect, protect, and use your personal information.
Your agreement to these terms
By scheduling an appointment, using this website, contacting us by phone or email, or receiving chiropractic services from Selful Care Chiropractic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all patients, visitors, and users of our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or schedule services. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these terms.
Scope and nature of care provided
Selful Care Chiropractic provides professional mobile chiropractic services including but not limited to:
Important: Chiropractic care is not intended to replace emergency medical care or treatment by a licensed physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or seek emergency medical attention immediately.
Where we provide services
Selful Care Chiropractic provides mobile chiropractic services at homes, offices, corporate locations, events, and other approved locations throughout Collin County, Texas and surrounding service areas, including Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, and Murphy.
All service locations are subject to review and approval prior to or at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an appointment if:
In such cases, we will communicate with the patient as promptly as possible and make every reasonable effort to reschedule.
Booking, arrival, and appointment policies
All appointments are scheduled in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or via direct communication with our office.
Patients are encouraged to arrive or be prepared at the scheduled time. Please communicate any medical concerns, recent injuries, changes in health status, or specific comfort requests prior to your appointment to help us deliver the best possible care.
Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time. We will do our best to accommodate the remaining available time, but the appointment may not be extended to avoid impacting subsequent scheduled patients.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, patients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel without reasonable notice may be required to provide prepayment before future appointments are confirmed. This policy helps ensure availability for all patients.
Accepted methods and payment timing
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the appointment.
We do not currently accept insurance. All services are provided on a private-pay basis. Receipts are available upon request for personal records or potential insurance reimbursement submissions.
Cancellation and no-show policy
We ask that appointments be cancelled with as much advance notice as reasonably possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need of care.
Patients who repeatedly fail to appear for scheduled appointments without prior notification (no-shows) may be restricted from future bookings or required to prepay to secure an appointment. Selful Care Chiropractic reserves the right to refuse future service in cases of consistent or habitual no-shows.
Your obligations as a patient
To receive safe and effective chiropractic care, patients agree to the following responsibilities:
Failure to disclose accurate health information may result in treatment decisions that are not appropriate for your condition. Selful Care Chiropractic is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate patient information.
Individual results and treatment outcomes

Selful Care Chiropractic makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific treatment outcomes, symptom resolution timelines, or results of care. Any descriptions of typical outcomes, patient testimonials, or service expectations provided on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Texas law, Selful Care Chiropractic, its owner, practitioners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, website, or any information provided therein.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this limitation shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
